The tension she feels in every muscle dissipates as Kitt mentions he has been counting on her to be there. At least neither one of them would have to do this alone. "For what its worth, I agree with you. I don't think anyone or anything should fly..." She breathes.
The words, "I'm sure it will be fine" have been spoken so frequently to her that she had nearly become callous to them. Internally, she has a feeling- a sixth sense of sorts- that something was bound to go wrong. If this sensation was caused of her father's untimely air-travel related death or because of the last flight she personally took, Bonnie can not say.
Then putting on an outward facade for Kitt's sake she breathes, "yeah. What could go wrong?" Under her breath she tersely adds, "we're only going to be 22,000 feet or higher above the earth." This is her first time riding in the cargo department of a plane. Honestly, it didn't seem extremely pleasant. At least in the cargo area it would be easier to spot trouble- wouldn't it? Bonnie, Devon, and Michael were the only one's with permission to be there. Anyone else should draw a red-flag.
Turning her attention back to Kitt she queries, "are you all locked in and ready to go? And more importantly, are you comfortable?" If he wasn't, she was sure going to try and help him.
"Then if you'd like we can go over the case..." She offers. Distractions would probably help keep their minds from conjuring up the unpleasant possibilities and potential for death.
